Shade and use
A professional lip modifier, useful in controlled mixes, secondary neutralisation and adjusting shades that are too warm or too light. Do not dilute with water or anything else: for consistency use only Perma Blend Thinning / Shading Solutions. Shake the bottle for at least 1 minute before pouring. Unopened it keeps 3.5 years, 12 months once opened; check the client’s allergy history.
According to the maker, Perma Blend fades “to lighter”, into a lighter version of the same colour.
