Shade and use

For natural brows on medium skin tones (Fitzpatrick 3–5); use with care on very cool or ashy skin. The full CI list is in the official SDS. Do not dilute with water or anything else: for consistency use only Perma Blend Thinning / Shading Solutions. Shake the bottle for at least 1 minute before pouring. Unopened it keeps 3.5 years, 12 months once opened; check the client’s allergy history.

According to the maker, Perma Blend fades “to lighter”, into a lighter version of the same colour.
